The user takes in consideration that is authorized to sign up for various events organized by other users. With signing up for an event, all information about the user will be automatically provided to the organizer of the event, which are solely necessary for user’s participation in such an event.
If any user collects or uses the data of other users, which the user obtains through the website, that user is obliged to meet all the statutory requirements, in particular to obtain consent of such collection of affected users as well as to declare that such activities are carried out in own name and on own responsibility.
It is forbidden to share, collect and use information of other users within the legal law. The operator of the website is not liable for any violation of this regulation, if the action is not on behalf of the operator of the website.
It is forbidden to use any user’s information directly or indirectly without the permission of the user for advertising purposes or to use the information outside of the website.
