Empire Target (2013)

Bear Archery has released the Empire, the ultimate single cam bow designed with the bow hunter in mind.
The Empire is Bear's single cam flagship bow for 2013, with an IBO speed of 330 fps and utilises the brand new S-13 single cam system.
This new system is incredibly smooth, has zero nock travel and adjustable draw length from 24"-31" without the aid of a bow press or separate modules.
The Empire has that single cam smoothness about it during the draw cycle and enhancing that feel even further, Bear has included the 4" x 4" roller guard relying on 8 sealed stainless steel ball bearings reducing friction throughout the entirety of the draw cycle.
Fitted with pre-stretched Contra-Band HP BCY 8190 strings and BCY 452X cables, the Empire features zero tolerance limb pockets and a dual grip option that comes standard.
All of these features increase accuracy and enable the archer to custom tailor the bow to their individual shooting style.
A new feature that Bear added to the Empire is dual adjustable string suppressors which eliminate string noise and wipe out any vibration, making the Empire deadly quiet with no vibration at all.
Very impressive considering the Empire only weighs 4 pounds.
